# Four months of distance learning: This is the first stage of our preparation where we assign professionals monthly tasks (four monthly tasks for four months). In this duration professionals can study during their free times (no fixed hours) being at their place. Initially we conduct an induction briefing (individually with all the professionals) before assigning them the monthly task. The purpose of the induction briefing is to give a clear insight about preparatory road-map. Once the professionals started working on assignments we closely follow their progress in order to keep our professionals on track. Three domains of study (in fact the syllabus of PSP) are covered during this distance learning period. Monthly assignment to be completed within the pre-determined deadline, preceded and followed by an evaluation test in each monthly task which enables us to predict the progression of each delegate.
