IQC Met ASIS Dhaka Chapter

It's not just a pleasure to see all of you together but a great satisfaction of the hard work and teamwork IQC Security Consultancy made over the last several years to bring out a great number of ASIS International Certified Security Professionals into this security industry. I thank all of you for joining this event and making the evening memorable.

ASIS Dhaka Chapter (formerly known ASIS Bangladesh Chapter) was formed in the year 2007, but unfortunately, till 2017, there were no visible activities of the chapter. However, as a part of promoting the ASIS International Certification Program globally, IQC Security Consultancy offered its first batch of the ASIS CPP Preparatory Program in Bangladesh, in late 2017. Commander ASM Monwarul Islam,(ND),psc,CPP (Retd) , Abid Uddin Mahmud, CSMP®, CPP®, PCI®, PSP®, HCSA, M.ISMI®, ASM FASI UDDIN CPP® PCI®PSP®, MAJOR (retired) FERDOUS K. KHAN, psc, Lsc, CPP, PGDSCM, Md. Anowar Hossain, CPPⓇ, PSPⓇ, PCIⓇ, S M Imran Jahangir, MBA. CFE®. CPP®., khaledul amin, Md. Rokon-Ud-Daula Rashed, CPP®, were the professionals who felt the necessity of becoming ASIS Board Certified Professionals and joined our first batch. Once they cleared the ASIS certification exam and became Certified Protection Professional (CPP) revolution started taking place in the security industry of Bangladesh. Abid Uddin Mahmud, CSMP®, CPP®, PCI®, PSP®, HCSA, M.ISMI®, ASM FASI UDDIN CPP® PCI®PSP® and MAJOR (retired) FERDOUS K. KHAN, psc, Lsc, CPP, PGDSCM took the charge to change the status of ASIS Dhaka Chapter from dormant to an active stage. Because of their relentless effort, ASIS Dhaka Chapter has currently 58 active members and a good number of potential members who will be joining the chapter very soon. Apart from that, a very good number of professionals already became ASIS Board Certified and many are in the pipeline with IQC to become ASIS Board Certified professionals very soon.

Not only that, we have now three professionals in Bangladesh who are ASIS Triple Crown Certified.
